The commercial gas safe installation and use legislation was passed in 2008 on the 6th of April. The approved code of practice is a legal requirement for Commercial properties being rented and used for businesses to protect the general public and members of staff from unsafe gas installation. Must be renewed annually every 12 months and records kept for a minimum of 2 years.
